The Home Improvement Contract (“Contract”) is between Express Plumbing Service, INC. DBA Express Plumbing Heating & Air (“Contractor”) and the Buyer, covering the work detailed in the agreement.
Notice of Five-Day Right to Cancel:
You, the Buyer, have the right to cancel the Contract within five (5) business days. You may
cancel by submitting a written notice via email, mail, or fax to our business address before
midnight of the fifth business day after receiving a signed copy of the Contract. The notice

If canceled, the Contractor must refund all payments made within 10 days of receiving the cancellation notice. You must return any goods delivered in their original condition or follow the Contractor’s instructions for returning them at the Contractor’s expense.
If you fail to return goods or do not allow the Contractor to retrieve them within 20 days of cancellation, you may be responsible for the cost.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within five (5) days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us via a clear written statement (e.g., mail, fax, or email). If you use electronic communication, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal.
Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding extra charges for premium delivery services), within five (5) days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
If you requested service performance during the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay for the portion of the service already provided.
Do not submit any ideas, inventions, or proprietary information unless we have signed an agreement regarding intellectual property or a non-disclosure agreement. If you submit content without such an agreement, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute it.
